The party is right here

We used to have a birthday calendar in the smallest room of our house, but ever since my husband repainted the walls and ceiling two months ago it has been missing. And without it I have been missing all birthdays! Thanks to Facebook I have been on time to send a text to congratulate the birthday boys and girls, but I was not on time to send out cards. This afternoon I decided to create a digital birthday list and saw that my brother-in-law has his birthday tomorrow! So I created this card real quick to be on time to post it.

First I took a white double fold card and a sheet of design paper from the 6x6 'Glistening' pad by Authentique. I cut this to fit the front of the card and then randomly cut two pieces of the left side and pasted it onto the base. Then I added some slim washi tape to the left side of the design paper to create some contrast. I die cut some white cardstock with the Super Geotag Die from Simon Says Stamp. In the middle of the inner circle I stamped the 'right here' stamp from the 'Right here flair' set by Technique Tuesday with StazOn Teal Blue. Next I took my Coastal Cabana Stampin' Write marker from Stampin' Up and wrote 'the party is' above and below the flair stamp. To separate the sentences I stamped two little stars from the 'Lots of Stars' set by Simon Says stamp. To finish it of I added some enamel dots.
